Zombie Tramp bites back!

My buddy Dan Mendoza, who did pages for Super Real VS The Movie Industry special and my upcoming Pulp Girls project, does his own demented book, Zombie Tramp. You may have seen it at the summer cons, or on the SRG website before, as he debuted issue number 1 last year to much success. I've since joined in with him on the book, and made Zombie Tramp the first book in part of my SR Distro model, where creator published books are offered via myself directly at cons and online, to help increase sales on self published gems like Dan's. And now we've just released the second issue of the three book series, so take a look at the book and order some online, or watch for them from me at the shows!

It's very much in keeping with what I publish, and something you'll dig if you like cute girls, zombies, blood or violence in your comics...

ZOMBIE TRAMP Issue 2 of 3
24 PAGES (of story)
FULL (three) COLOR
Mature Readers
$5.00

Find out what becomes of Janey now that she's zombified, and in the hands of... The Zombie Queen!?!?

Available now from SR DISTRO in the SRG store or directly at conventions (see schedule on right sidebar)

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Dan's animated short

My buddy Dan Mendoza, who I've worked with on Super Real (SR vs The Movie Industry special), and also the upcoming Pulp Girls (Bewere), just shared an animated short he did in college that's a fun little Sasquatch tale...

SUPER REAL SPECIAL: VS The Movie Industry / PREVIEW 5 - Dan Mendoza / PART 1

The next guest artist to feature behind-the-scenes-artwork from the upcoming SUPER REAL VS THE MOVIE INDUSTRY SPECIAL is Dan Mendoza.

Dan, well, I don't know Dan too well... He's out of Long Beach, California, and I got to meet him briefly at this year's Wizard World LA. I know he did some really cool animated shorts, apparently student films (Mortal Hunter)... which you can check out HERE. He also keeps a gallery on Deviant Art, and is working towards creating his own comic.

Dan is another artist who's style is very unique and doubtlessly born from many influences, from comics and manga, to anime and animation. I really dig his approach to character design and color, which was a treat to see him apply to the cast of Super Real, as his section features the entire cast. Dan may be the least polished of the guest artists, but he's got a raw energy to his work that I think you'll find very cool.

Here's a page from his section, from pencils, to letters!
Very cool!

Tune in for more behind-the-scenes art from the special next week!
