I loved the line art and the pose in Russ' original, but the colors by Jukka really bring it out more!
This is one hot pin up!

Personally, I liked the first version better because of the nice flat tones that do not take away from the final art, which in this version, the colorist OVER colored the piece, true adding tones, but it distracts from the artwork itself.

I always try to make colours work for the lineart, and in Russ' case, my goal was to portrude the form of Kit here for an eye-popping experience. ;)

But I can see your point about the colours being strong against the lineart.
Though I believe Russ' lineart stands out own it's own from my colours, because that's what people look at. They don't often separate lineart and colours, if they work together to bring out something beautiful to view.

Seems to me like the anatomy is a little off. Being a girl, I look at girl every morning. Her waist to hip ratio seems a tad off and her head looks a little too small... But the coloring was done rather well.
